NYBP Signature Celebrations
One of my most significant accomplishments as the Event Manager at NYBP was orchestrating the company's first-ever full-facility buyout for Avant Healthcare Professionals' 20th Anniversary. Closing our doors to the restaurant on a Saturday night, our team curated an unforgettable 1920s soirée for 500 guests, complete with signature cocktails, cigar rolling, brewery tours, impressive food displays, and more.
Where it began.
My journey into the event industry began with organizing my sister's bridal shower and later, her baby shower. Planning and designing all the details is what ignited my excitement and passion for events! There's nothing quite like witnessing all the final touches fall into place and having the opportunity to create lasting memories for someone's cherished occasion.
Where it’s taken me.
With extensive experience now under my belt across a wide range of events—from weddings and quinceañeras to large-scale festivals, nightclub buyouts, and everything in between—I bring a versatile and well-rounded skill set to event planning. My time at NYBP has been instrumental in shaping my career in event sales and planning, allowing me to refine my ability to manage high-pressure situations, multi-task, and execute seamless events. I am skilled in coordinating food & beverage operations, providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely event execution, and leading teams to deliver memorable experiences- whether they are big or small.
Marketing & Design
In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my passion for marketing and design with my event expertise. I represented the company at various expos, designed and managed our event website and Instagram, and developed strategic partnerships with local vendors and businesses. Additionally, I was responsible for creating all print and marketing materials for both the venue and my clients, ensuring consistent branding and effective promotional campaigns.
I not only nurtured my passion for marketing and design but also gained hands-on experience managing ticketed events through Eventbrite. I leveraged social media marketing to boost ticket sales, utilizing platforms like Instagram to create engaging content and drive awareness.
